No one answer: There is no one best answer for this because every person is an individual. I could tell you ride your bike twice a week, but if you don't have a bike or place to ride,it's tough to follow through. General guidelines - 3 days a week of cardiovascular training with jogging, biking, swimming, brisk walking. 3 days a week of stretching/yoga/pilates and core training including weight training.
