Does it bother you?: At 6cm, the question is, does the fibroid bother you? Cause you pain? Affect your menstrual cycle? If it's not bothering you, then you don't need surgery at all. If it's bothering you, then likely yes. If it encroaches on inside of lining, then hysteroscopy is best, otherwise, consider laparoscopic myomectomy. Medicines help, but only for awhile, typically grows back. Hope that helps!
