Could be: Carbamazepine is an older drug which has definite potential for live toxicity, lowering of sodium, and direct gastrointestinal adverse effects, besides central nervous system suppression. Not clear why you are taking the medication, but might want to discuss with your doctor as numerous other options are available. This drug would not be my first choice for any condition.
