Since you have already taken your medication, and presume it is several hours now, you would have already experienced some sedation or drowsiness or GI problems if your levels did hit toxic range. Contact your physician and obtain a blood test to determine if you are appropriately in therapeutic range. Also discuss setting up a once daily schedule, if feasible, using a similar drug.
