Not extra: It very well may be that her secondary teeth are erupting... She's at the right age. By now she should have already been to a dentist half a dozen times for checkups and cleanings. If not, now is the time to call a pediatric dentist or a general dentist who treats children, too.

Call dentist: Bring her in to see a dentist to get her evaluated and then treatment can be discussed.

See a dentist: These are probably the permanent incisors coming behind the baby ones, the baby teeth need to be taken out since they did not come out in there own , to facilitate the eruption of the permanent teeth.

Have dental visit: These may be extra teeth or they may be permanent teeth that are erupting out of position and failed to push out the baby teeth. Regardless, the first step is to have your daughter evaluated by a pediatric dentist. They can examine her, take x-rays, and determine what is going on. Definitive treatment would involve extracting which ever teeth it is determined don't belong and possible orthodontics.

Size issue: Sounds like a tooth size-bone size malrelationship. If not enough room, permanent teeth often erupt out of position. See your dentist, but it sounds like your daughter will need to see a qualified orthodontic specialist, a growth ; development expert. Although 1st orthodontic appointment age 7, your daughter has a problem. See an orthodontist now for exam ; discussion.
