My 14 month old daughter fell down, and her 2 upper front teeth shoved higher into her gums! will they come back down?

See dentist: It will probably come back down without a problem. But you should see your dentist just to be sure. In some cases there can be an injury to the permanent tooth which is still up in the gums.

Baby teeth: You need to see a pediatric dentist and have the take an xray (if possible ) to see the damage.
