You probably can't: Sorry to bear bad news, but if you are an 17 year old woman there is likely no way to increase your height. Height increases from the growth plates in bones and they usually close 2-3 years after puberty. After this no growth is possible. Most women stop growing by age 16. At this point you need to learn to accept your height (or try platform shoes- please stay away from high heels!).
