Review his diet...: Review his diet with his pediatrician. A 2 year old should have a regular diet, with similar solid foods as a 3 year old. A diet of mainly milk usually is not healthy enough. If it is the texture he doesn't like, the solid foods can be mashed up and/or made into porridge type soups.
