Almost impossible: I'm sorry to tell you this is almost impossible. Bone growth occurs at a part of the bone called the growth plate (near the ends of the bones). The growth plates close (basically disappear) in men between the ages of 18-21. After that there is no way to grow taller.If your growth plates have not closed you might grow a bit more but not 4-5 inches. See http://tinyurl.com/6pm94xw and my comment:
