Is there any known correlation between high blood pressure and seizures (or high blood pressure causing seizures)? or vice versa? thank you!

Some connections: I don't know a correlation factor, but there are interesting relationships. Eclampsia in pregnancy is a type of seizure often brought on by high bp. A frequent consequence of high BP is stroke which often then evokes seizures. Both can occur in some types of hydrocephalus. During some seizures BP either rises or might fall. It's not clear if either is ever the cause.
