There are lots of things that can cause a seizure other than epilepsy: lack of sleep, alcohol or drug use (amphetamines or cocaine), medications such as certain pain relievers, antidepressants or smoking cessation therapies, that lower the seizure threshold, lack of oxygen during birth, high stress, and rapidly flashing lights to name some causes. Low blood pressure usually causes fainting.

Severe low blood pressure can result in fainting and some convulsive activity if the subject remains erect and not supine. Non-epileptic seizures are psychosomatic events and do not relate to blood pressure levels.
