Exersise: Muscle spasms for 6 months requires examination@your young age.If nothing is formally diagnosed i would encourage you to begin a williams flexion exersise program and incorporate abdominal strenthining(sit-ups, crunches, rtc) into your work-out.Hopefully your back spasms will resolve w/ this regimen.Good luck!
