A little: Protein. In the urine will be abnormal way before creatinine changes.

Lab data: Could not even begin to explain the significance of changes in a spot urine in 400 characters, and even if could, lab values should only be interpreted in the context of a full clinical assessment. Talk to the doctor who ordered this. It is their responsibility.
