See your doctor: Headaches that wake you up and are associated with nausea and vomiting even if going on for two years should be evaluated. Brain tumors are certainly of concern but there are a number of other potential causes especially if you have not developed any additional symptoms. Call your doctor and let him/her take a good history of these headaches and examine you.
