Cbc results [15 55 85lbs] wbc 9.16 rbc 5.22 hgb 15.8 hct 49.1 platelets 236 mpv 11.8 anc 6.160 alc 2.080 nc 67.3 lc 22.7 swollen painless lymph node under jaw, a bit of blastomycosis in my body (4 months in itraconazole) and stress. abnormal?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the results you provided are not a cause for concern. You may watch and wait re nodes, if he lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged see doc
