Mood. : I would not use Risperdal for my patients with problems with "mood. " I use it minimally because I am not a psychiatrist. It is a very good drug for certain conditions - i currently feel that it is being overused. I have no problems with the citalopram. I would recommend that you get the advice of a good psychiatrist. Cimetidine that you list, btw, has many interactions with meds incl citalopram.
