At 15 i was told i had mild scoliosis.the degrees were in the teens. can scoliosis get better? i went 6mths after and it improved. is this normal?

Yes it may improve : Developmental scoliosis is a rather dynamic process. That's why careful monitoring is important. Recent studies suggest starting bracing at smaller curvature angles. But individual development and close monitoring with clinical judgment are the best approaches. Angles over 20° should be braced unless growth has ended.
