Yes it may improve : Developmental scoliosis is a rather dynamic process. That's why careful monitoring is important. Recent studies suggest starting bracing at smaller curvature angles. But individual development and close monitoring with clinical judgment are the best approaches. Angles over 20° should be braced unless growth has ended.
