See a Doctor: Preferably a psychiatrist to do a trial in medication for adhd. Some primary care physicians will consider doing a trial but may want an evaluation by a psychologist.

See doctor: There are many options for medication for adhd. It would be best to see a doctor and discuss which one(s) will work for your unique circumstances.

Since childhood ?: If you have been treated for this since childhood it should be easy to get those records transferred to a new provider, review status & resume treatment. If not, you would need to go through an evaluation with someone willing to treat adults. Since the meds are often controlled drugs, they are monitored by the feds from creation to use. A doc can lose their license for providing them without eval.
