Gastric ulcer. 1 pms-pantoprazole 40mg daily, in the morning, but i fell most of the pain at night and when i wake up. shouldn't i take one at night?

Pantoprazole: You can only maximally suppress the acid. It may be that you could get benefit from two pills, but first change the dosing time. Since it is a once daily, you can take in pm. Most important, t should be taken 30 mins before a meal. It is most effective this way. By taking before meal, it give the acid cells a chance to activate. This activation is wht makes the pill effective!
