Vaginal ulcers ?: "Vaginal ulcers" may be related to herpes I or II infections, which become active during times of stress , and estrogen dropping pre-menstrually will frequently activate dormant viral conditions, including herpes. Ask your gyn provider to do a serum test for herpes to be certain.
