Sharp pain in lower right pelvic region. ct says no abnormalities, only thing is air in appendix (which isn't fully viewed) could it be appendicitis?

Air: seen in the appendix is generally a good & normal finding often indicating no appendicitis. But a complete evaluation by a doctor is necessary. Many things cause pain & would need evaluations for ovary cyst, urinary infection, kidney stone, etc.
