I had dry socket and it was treated. this is the 2nd day without gauze and no pain just littleache. is it supposed to be achy while it stills heals?

dry socket: If the pain is at least 90% better you likely are thru the woods and will be ok the slight achyness is the normal healing now that the dry socket is gone.
