i had dry socket and it was treated. this is the 2nd day without gauze and no pain just littleache. is it supposed to be achy while it stills heals?

Yes: Being a little achy after having a dry socket is perfectly normal. This will probably continue for 5-7 days.

dry socket: If the pain is at least 90% better you likely are thru the woods and will be ok the slight achyness is the normal healing now that the dry socket is gone.
