Need more info: If you have total thyroidectomy for cancer , and have high risk disease thyroid hormones is deliberately given slightly more than daily required amount , to bring TSH level way down to 0.1 to 0.5 mul, ( as TSH stimulates thyroid as well as cancer ) called TSH suppression , yes your levels are way down , you need to see covering doctor or different doctor for clinical evaluation of your status.
