Nobody has ever been known to acquire HIV because of a razor injury in a barbershop or other sorts of cosmetic care. You were not at risk and did not need testing, but your current result at 21 days is around 90% reliable. Indeed it seems best for you to just mellow out and stop worrying about it.

All sharp cutting instruments in the health professions that come in contact with skin are disposable and for one time use only. Scraping instruments are sterilized. If you are so concerned, shave yourself or have barber change razor in front of you before using it on you.
