YES: Go now! severe chest pain and shortness of breath in your situation of recent childbirth could be a serious condition related to pulmonary embolus. Other less serious but important conditions like pleurisy or pneumonia need to evaluated as well. You need a doctor eval asap!

Yes. Absolutely.: You might have had a pulmonary embolism (pe) during delivery or after birth. You really need to see your doctor as soon as possible.
