When my eyes feel dry, what is the better choice of over-the-counter eye drops to buy? I don't usually need/wear my glasses everyday/all day.
My sister has stribismus and now wears contacts instead of glasses. Her eyes keep crossing though which she claims is due to dry eyes messing up contacts.Does she need new perscrip/go back 2 glasses?

32yo female. Woke up today with blurry vision in both eyes that has lasted hours. No medical conditions besides Gerd. Hard hard to focus looking at phone/computer. Eyes are dry/irritated. Eye drops didn't help. No glasses or eyesight issues?
