Is a lasik redo safe? my eyes have changed since i got them at 18, and need glasses now?

I would recommend against a second lasik. Stay with glasses. Even if you get lasik again, you will need glasses in another 10 years anyway. As a general principle, it is not a good idea to have surgery if effective alternative treatment are available. Wish you good health!

See a LASIK specialist for evaluation of your corneal thickness as well as the curvature of the front and back surfaces of your cornea. It may be safe to get a simple LASIK enhancement, however your doctor must rule out ectasia or forme fruste keratoconus, both of which may require a corneal crosslinking procedure. Your age is not relevant. Do not delay getting the proper evaluation.
