Persistent nonstop piercing eye pain 2 years now and lesion on right frontal lobe. eye drops make it worse seen neurologist and and ophthalmologist. neuro thinks lesion is from when i was born- 30 now. subscribed 2 glasses that dont ease pain

Unlikely ocular pain: Unless you possess focal glaucoma, I do not think eye is pain generator, nor this is due to birth defect. There are migraine variants, arteritic syndromes (a little young tho'), sinus inflammation, explanations, besides an assortment of neuralgias (like vidian, sphenopalatine) which could be considered. Time to get a new approach; see if you can find a seasoned neurologist.
