yes if prolonged: A healthy person should not suffer serious consequences from a few nites of poor sleep but long-term lack of sleep can cause anxiety, depression, fatigue, poor memory ; concentration, muscle aches, decreased immunity etc. Exams are important but so is your health; it should be possible to pass exams without sacrificing sleep.
