Constant?: If this is now an obsession, seek counseling; however, if you do tend to think about death from time to time- this is part of the normal human experience. The thought of "not being" can cause anxiety.Prayer, meditation and exercise are quite beneficial. Seek counseling if your thoughts are intrusive.
