No steroids : First, 5'10" is a respectable height. Second, you are 19 so your body is most likely done growing in height so steroids will not change this. Third, steroids can have very severe negative impacts in your body including impotency, heart problems and even death . Stay away from steroids. The long term risks is not worth any possible short term gain.

NO: At 19years you may still grow.Your growth will likely stop around 25 years. Steroids will not increase your height and could have significant adverse effects including obesity, dm, cataracts ; osteoporosis.
