It Depends: Up until recently, the medication Clozapine was the only antipsychotic in a the class not known to cause any fetal damage. Now, every antipsychotic medication is classified as considered the same in terms of fetal risk. It is important that your psychiatrist and obstetrician are consulting with each other and carefully monitoring the situation. I would if possible, seek care at a major med center.
