not likely: Mucus can be found in urachal cancers but can also be found in normal bladders. A visit with your doctor may help.

Not urachal cancer: Apparent mucus is probably related to prostatic or cowper's gland secretions (pre-cum), your kidney stones or 'concretions'. Urachal cancer is exceedingly rare and would most probably cause an abnormal urinalysis. You may well have microscopic hematuria from your kidney stones, if they are still there. Hope you have seen a urologist if you still have kidney stones.
