Hypercoagulability: Your fasting glucose level is OK. F/U with your HEM/ONC to prevent further clots and to check your labs. You may need to have your medication adjusted if you are having hematuria. Have you had an abdominal u/s or CT scan to check your pancreas? This would be a more accurate test for pancreatic lesions. Good Luck and feel better

No need to worry: When cancer is the cause of veinous thrombosis or embolism(VTE) it is usually apparent at the time of the VTE, or becomes apparent in the next few months. If a year has gone by since the VTE it's VERY UNLIKELY due to hidden cancer. Studies show only a tiny increased risk of a yet undiagnosed cancer at 1 year. A fasting sugar of 107 is not Diabetes.But even if it was, pancreatic CA very unlikely
