Not in my practice.: Bpa acts as a weak estrogen and it is known that estrogen increases prolactinomas. Prolactinomas are a fairly common endocrine disease, but there is currently no real evidence that there is an increased incidence of the disease. It is also difficult to determine because of better lab tests and imaging studies which means we might just be able to find them better.
