Endocrinology: Only an endocrinologist or fertility expert can answer this for your particular situation, after doing some testing on your hormone axes, sperm counts etc.

Probably: High prolactin levels can cause lower levels of testes-stimulating hormones (lh & fsh) as well as low t. Without treatment, sperm may be absent or decreased (but take precautions if pregnancy not wanted!) treatment to normalize prolactin may restore normal levels of fsh, lh, t & normal sperm production and fertility. Talk to your doctor about treatment options.
