Good fats: Add good fats- nuts , seeds, olives, avocados or sardines. Watch bad fats. Increase goof fibers such as beans or oatmeal. Regular exercise also critical.

not that simple: Cutting out saturated fat is the most important type of fat to eliminate. Eliminating 'high cholesterol' foods is not as important. Better diet/exercise is also important to lower cholesterol; it is not as simple as cutting out fat. Good luck.
