Cholesterol screening ldl 147, hdl 103, triglycerides 55. total 261. i don't want to start meds with two of the numbers good! suggestions?

LDL is high.: Try eating less meat and dairy products. Loose weight if appropriate and exercise and see what happens.

Decrease intake of saturated fats and other foods that raise LDL, namely: egg yolk, shellfish, butter, and red meat. Awesome HDL and TG otherwise!
