What's a good way for us to help excrete cholesterol, saturated fat, trans-fat?

Drugs, drugs, drugs: Bile acid binding agents (cholestyraminie and colestid) will help you more efficiently excrete fats - however these agents are less potent than drugs that interfere with the metabolism of fats (the statins).
