hip and back pain: You may have just overdone your exercises and caused some minor sprain and strain, try stopping the yoga and doing just mild stretching in the morning to warm up. Try some hot bathes and only gentil exercises for a while and see if it all clears up. It may take several weeks to get well again. Do not over do.
