Please what could be the cause of hip dislocation without any form of accident occur? as i'm speaking to you now my right leg is shorter than my left leg it started like a normal hip pain but now my bone is coming out by it self and it hurts a lot?

You need to seek orthopedic care as soon as possible. This is something that needs to be corrected. Could be hereditary
