Need to examine: It is not clear if there is any organic issue, other than soreness from exercise. Take Tylenol of the soreness, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. If it does not get better in a couple of days, skip exercising for 4-5 days. Have a healthy diet, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Wish you good health!
