Abdominal : Your question doesn't specify the exact location of the pain whether it is the upper thigh or the lower abdomen. This could be anything .Causes of abdominal pain in the left lower side could be torsion of the ovary, tubal pregnancy , colitis and other causes . Some of these are emergencies .So if your symptoms are persisting i will recommend see a doctor as soon as possible or go to er.
