As you probably know: There is really no substitute for sleep. Most of the docs on this site can probably tell you stories of working all night and eating when we wanted sleep. It never works out! do the best you can with sleep hygiene and remember what you tell patients, dietary supplements usually wind up coming out in your pee. If you want to drink boost or ensure or instant bkfst for protein and calcium, do it!
