Painful spots: What to do depends on what's wrong, size, location, duration, stable or changing size/shape, raised or depressed, etc. Any and all white spots in the oral cavity should be examined. Probably transient problem requiring no more than palliative treatment, but could be something more extensive. Please see your Dentist to start the diagnostic process. Specialist referral may be advisable.
