Observe for a while: If it doesn't hurt doesn't mean that you should careless. Observe for a couple of weeks.If still there, have a biopsy done by a doctor. (dentist). If grows quickly, go before it grows too much.

White spot: Presence or absence of pain is not a reliable indicator of the severity of a problem. Fortunately the mouth heals rapidly. The rule of thumb is, if the lesion is not fully healed, gone, normal, within 2 weeks from onset, see your Dentist immediately.
