Familiar Rx: This is a retinoic acid derivative plus benzoyl peroxide. If your acne is relatively mild, you should see results in about two weeks. I see that you also have acne scarring, and perhaps your acne has been fairly severe ; perhaps still is; if you're not clear in two weeks, don't hesitate to ask for a consult and/or something stronger.
