Get this settled: Although you report a variety of Rx's, you list only Retin A, which is a good start but only clears about 50% of folks. Get with a competent physician who'll treat it aggressively. You're female so you might be cleared by one of the oral contraceptive pills, or by spironolactone, or by a few weeks on a systemic tetracycline in addition to Retin A. If offered isotretinoin, be brave & go for it.
