It is different.Winlevi is an anti androgen: but it’s Ok to use in males. It’s best in mid to severe acne. Isotretinoin is best for cystic acne and nothing beats it’s efficacy for cystic acne, but it’s systemic: oral and may have some side effects Adapalene is for mild cases and tretionoin fomid to severe.Your dermatologist would know what to choose that’s best. Trust him/ her.
