Knot formed just blow knew on tibia after break a year ago. area is sensitive to touch, and sore. what could this be considering x-rays show bone 100%?

Could be: Hypertrophic skin scar or a problem unrelated to your injury. Xrays only show bone, so it will not show anything that is not related to bone. Consult with orthopedic surgeon for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
